What exactly am I paying for?

A monthly software subscription. You get access to the PremiumZahlen dashboard and the scheduled reports included in your plan. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

When do I get access?

Immediately. Your account is created the moment payment is confirmed and your first report is generated within 24 hours of connecting a sales channel.

How am I billed?

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews on the same day each month until you cancel. Your statement will show PREMIUMZAHLEN.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Do you do my bookkeeping or file my taxes?

No. PremiumZahlen is reporting software. We do not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and we are not a substitute for a qualified accountant.

Which currencies do you support?

Reports can be produced in GBP, EUR and USD. Subscription prices are charged in GBP.

Terms, refunds, delivery and privacy.

Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the PremiumZahlen service, operated by PremiumZahlen Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17415939.

  • A subscription gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the plan you have paid for.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you connect and for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • We may suspend an account that exceeds its plan limits, or that is used unlawfully, after telling you why.
  • PremiumZahlen provides reporting software only. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Refund and cancellation policy

  • Cancel any time. Cancel from your account settings or by emailing billing@premiumzahlen.com. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further payment is taken.
  • 14-day refund. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will return it to your original payment method.
  • After 14 days. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded pro rata, unless the service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side.
  • Processing time. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full as soon as they are confirmed.

Service delivery

PremiumZahlen is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped.

  • Account access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed.
  • Your first report is generated within 24 hours of connecting a sales channel.
  • Scheduled reports are delivered to your registered email address for as long as your subscription is active.
  • Support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UK time) at support@premiumzahlen.com.

Privacy policy

  • We collect your name, email address, billing details and the store data you choose to connect, in order to provide the service.
  • Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
  • Data is processed in the UK and the EU and retained while your account is active, then deleted within 90 days of closure unless the law requires us to keep records longer.
  • You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing support@premiumzahlen.com.
